What to expect

ON THE DAY

This retreat integrates cutting-edge therapeutic techniques with ancient healing practices, offering you a holistic path to physical, emotional, and spiritual renewal.

Begin your journey with Lifestyle Design and Alignment and Art Therapy workshops to gain clarity on your mental and emotional landscape and direction in life.
This will be followed by a Chakra toning practice to deepen your relationship with your inner self and the divine.
During the day, you’ll also participate in a powerful and self reconnecting journey of Breathwork & Cacao and a harmonizing Sound Journey.

In the evening we will hold an Earth Reconnection Ceremony (Andean Despacho) to reconnect us to the wisdom of the earth, the elements, spirits and our ancestors.

Starting Sunday with Ice baths and sauna for nervous system re-patterning, you'll learn how to release stress, balance your body’s response to life's challenges, and boost your energy and natural capacity for healing.
While we close the retreat with space and time for a nature walk.

To ensure you get the most out of your experience, we offer pre-event consultations tailored to your unique needs and intentions for the day.
 After the retreat, you’ll also receive post-event integration guidance to help embody the insights and healing you experienced, ensuring that the transformation you experience lasts long after the retreat ends.

The retreat will take place at the stunning IL Paese, nestled in the serene landscapes of Peze, offering breathtaking views and peaceful surroundings.
This tranquil location creates the perfect setting for your transformative journey, with nature supporting your healing and growth every step of the way.
Between sessions, you’ll enjoy delicious, nutritious meals crafted to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. The fresh, locally-sourced ingredients will energize you throughout the day, complementing the retreat’s focus on holistic well-being.

Meet your guides

Neil is a Holistic Therapist and Traditional healer with 20+ years of experience. He has guided thousands of people through healing and transformation. His journey has led him through researching and lecturing at world leading universities and wellbeing institutes, training International and Olympic athletes, and undergoing years of initiations into Indigenous tribes, cultures and traditional practices from around the world. 

He also qualified in; Trauma Therapy, Bodywork, Breathwork, Energy Healing, Sound Therapy, Holistic Life Coaching and Traditional Spirituality. 

Joana is an integrative psychotherapist working in the field for more than 10 years.
She embraces a multi-faceted approach to mental and emotional healing, focusing on the inter-connectedness of mind, body, and spirit.
This holistic approach leads you to uncovering personal strengths, and reconnection with each authentic selves.

She also qualified in; Psychosomatics, Compassionate Inquiry, Hypnotherapy and Quantum Healing, NLP. 

You cannot truly heal if you don't address your problems holistically
